The deal, in language you can hold us to.

01The agreement

These terms are between you and Dawrify, Casablanca, Morocco ("we", "us"). They cover the Dawrify website, the organizer dashboard, the mobile app, the broadcast scoreboard, and everything else we run under this name.

By creating an account or using any of it, you accept these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a club, league, school or federation, you are confirming you have the authority to bind it, and 'you' means that organization.

Our privacy policy is part of this agreement. It is not a summary of these terms; it is the other half of them.

02Accounts

You must be 16 or over to hold an account. Give us accurate details and keep them current — most of what goes wrong with a competition traces back to an email address nobody reads.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything an assistant you have added does with the access you gave them. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you think somebody else has it.

There are three kinds of account. Organizers create and run competitions. Assistants are created by an organizer and act within the scope that organizer sets. Fans follow competitions and never need to pay for anything.

03Early access, and what it costs

Dawrify is in early access and is currently free. There is no billing system, we hold no payment details, and you cannot be charged for anything today. Nothing on the pricing page is an active subscription.

Paid plans are planned. When they arrive we will give you notice before anything you run starts costing money, and we will not hold your existing competitions hostage to a plan you did not choose: the data you have already built stays yours, stays exportable, and stays public.

Following football on Dawrify is free and is intended to stay free. Paying is for running a competition, not for watching one.

04If you run a competition

Running a competition on Dawrify means entering personal data about other people — squad lists, dates of birth, photographs. By doing so you confirm each of the following, and they are the most important commitments on this page.

• You have the standing to enter that data: you run the competition, the club, or the team the players belong to.
• Those players — or, where a player is under 18, their parent or guardian — know their details are being entered into Dawrify and that their name, photograph and match record will appear on public pages that search engines can index.
• You have the right to use every photograph you upload. A picture pulled off somebody else's website or social media is not yours to upload.
• What you enter is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and you will correct it when you learn it is not.

If a player asks us directly to correct or remove their data, we will act on it, and we will not route them back through you first. We will tell you when we do. This is deliberate: the person the data is about has the final say over it, and an organizer's convenience does not outweigh that.

Competitions involving minors carry the same obligations with less margin for error. Do not upload a child's photograph without their guardian's agreement.

05Competitions are public

By default your competition's pages — fixtures, results, tables, squads, player profiles — are public, permanently addressable, and open to search engines and to the Dawrify app. This is the service, not a side effect of it, and you should not run a competition here that you need to keep private.

When a season ends its pages stay up. An archived competition remains part of every player's career record, which is the whole reason players care about the platform.

06Your content stays yours

Everything you put into Dawrify — competition structures, team and player records, crests, photographs, results — remains yours. We do not claim ownership of any of it.

You do give us the licence we need in order to run the service: to store your content, to display it on public pages and in the app, to render it into matchday graphics, player cards and the broadcast scoreboard, and to resize and re-encode images so they load on a phone. That licence is worldwide and royalty-free because hosting and a CDN are, but it exists only to operate Dawrify and it ends for new uses when you delete the content or close your account. Pages already published and cached elsewhere are outside anyone's control, ours included.

We will not sell your content, license it on to anyone else, or use a player's photograph in our own advertising without asking first.

07Our software is not yours

The Dawrify software, its source code, its designs, the graphic templates, the player card styles and the broadcast scoreboard designs are ours, and are proprietary. All rights are reserved. Nothing in these terms is an open-source licence and nothing grants you rights in the software itself.

You may not copy, decompile, reverse-engineer, resell or white-label any part of it, or scrape the site to rebuild it elsewhere. You may use the graphics Dawrify generates for your competition anywhere you like — that is what they are for.

08What you may not do

• Upload anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or hateful, or anything you do not have the rights to.
• Impersonate a club, competition, federation or person you have no connection to.
• Fabricate competitions, results or player records — a career record is only worth something if it is true.
• Try to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the service, or probe other users' accounts.
• Scrape the site at a scale that degrades it for anyone else, or bypass technical limits we set.
• Use Dawrify to collect data about people for a purpose unrelated to running a competition.

09Availability

This is early-access software. It will have outages, it will have bugs, and features will change. We do not offer an uptime guarantee, and you should not build anything that cannot survive Dawrify being down on a matchday — keep your own record of results.

We may change, add or withdraw features. If we withdraw something you depend on, we will give you notice and a way to get your data out. We back up the database, but you are responsible for your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose; the dashboard exports teams and players to a spreadsheet for exactly this reason.

10Ending it

You can stop using Dawrify at any time and ask us to close your account and delete your data — see the privacy policy for how, and how fast. You can reach the dashboard at https://dashboard.dawrify.com.

We can suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — particularly the commitments about other people's data, which is where we will act fastest and with the least patience. Except where a breach is serious or a legal obligation forces our hand, we will warn you first and give you the chance to put it right.

If we close your account, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data before it goes, unless the reason we closed it makes that inappropriate.

11What we do not promise

Dawrify is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we do not guarantee that competition data entered by organizers is accurate — we host what they enter, we do not referee it.

We are not a party to your competition. Disputes about results, eligibility, discipline or prize money are between you and the people you are competing with. Our record of a match is a record of what somebody typed into the console, not a judgment about what happened on the pitch.

12Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or lost data. Where we are liable, our total liability to you is capped at whichever is greater: the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or 1,000 MAD. While Dawrify is free, that means the second figure.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for our own fraud. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by anything on this page.

13Indemnity

If somebody brings a claim against us because of content you uploaded or because you did not have the right to enter someone's personal data, you agree to cover the reasonable cost of dealing with it. This is aimed at the case where a photograph or a squad list should never have been uploaded, and it is why the commitments above are stated as plainly as they are.

14Governing law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and the courts of Casablanca have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.

If any clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stands.

15Changes to these terms

We will update these terms as Dawrify changes — pricing, when it arrives, will require it. For a material change we will email account holders and give reasonable notice before it takes effect. If you do not accept a change, closing your account is the remedy, and you can take your data with you.
