Dawrify gives a football club the competition side of club life. Host your own cup or league, run match day with your coaches and volunteers, and keep a record of every player that follows them across seasons. Your tournament gets posters, a stadium screen and a public page that show the club off. It is not club management software: training, memberships and fees stay where you run them today.
1. Host your own cup
A club tournament is how a club raises its name, and often its money. Dawrify builds the fixtures for whatever shape it takes.
- Summer cup
- Groups and a knockout over a weekend, invited teams on your pitches.
- Club league
- Your own teams, or local clubs, playing a league across the season.
- Academy festival
- One tournament per age group, each with its own age limit.
- Ramadan or night league
- Matches after dark on a five- or seven-a-side pitch, over a few weeks.
Entry fees can be recorded per team, and Dawrify prints a PDF receipt for each payment. The money is paid to you directly.
2. Run it with your staff
- Coaches go on each team's staff list, alongside the players.
- Volunteers become assistants and score only the match they are given, from their own phone.
- Managers in your organisation build and change the competitions; the owner decides who is in it.
3. A record that stays with each player
Every appearance, goal and assist goes on the player's own record, and it follows them from team to team and season to season. A player who moves club keeps their history; a coach can see it.
Big moments become cards, earned in real games: a debut, a first goal, a hat-trick, 50 matches, a tournament's top scorer. Each card has its own page and serial number, so anyone can check it.
4. Show the club off
- Goal, line-up, standings and man-of-the-match posters in your club colours, ready for Instagram.
- A venue scoreboard for a screen in the clubhouse, and an overlay for your OBS or PRISM stream.
- A public page for every match, team and player, with live scores in any browser.
5. What Dawrify does not do for a club
If you are searching for club management software, these are the jobs it is built for, and Dawrify does none of them:
- Training sessions, attendance and availability polls.
- Memberships, subscriptions and online payment of fees.
- Player registration forms and documents.
- Team messaging and parent communication.
Many clubs use one of those apps for the week and Dawrify for match day and tournaments.
6. Where to start
Your first tournament is free, up to 8 teams of 7 players. Bigger tournaments and clubs that run competitions all year use paid plans priced by teams and players.

- Is Dawrify football club management software?
- No. It runs competitions: tournaments, leagues, match day and player records. Training, memberships, fee collection and team messaging are not part of it, and many clubs pair Dawrify with an app that does those.
- Can our club host a tournament for other clubs?
- Yes. Create the tournament, add the invited teams and choose the format; the fixtures, the table and the public page are built from that. Each visiting team can have its own staff and players.
- Do player records carry over between seasons and clubs?
- Yes. Appearances, goals and assists follow the player across teams and seasons, and the cards they earn stay on their record.
- Is it free for a club?
- Your first tournament is free, up to 8 teams of 7 players. Bigger tournaments use paid plans priced by teams and players.
